03 — Give us the green light
If the range works for your budget, confirm and we start the search.

04 — Pay a deposit
A 30% deposit of the lower end of the estimate secures your order and kicks off sourcing. Please note: this deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind after we've started the search — we're committing time and resources on your behalf from this point forward.

05 — We evaluate and finalize
Once the device arrives, we assess condition and confirm the final price. You pay the difference — then we pack and ship it ready to use. The final price will always fall within the range we quoted you. No surprises.
