1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through bling-inc.com, operated by:

Bling Inc. operates as a Kleinunternehmen under §19 UStG. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Products and Condition

Bling Inc. specialises in used and vintage digital cameras, camcorders, and early consumer electronics. All items are tested for functionality before listing. Any faults, cosmetic imperfections, or limitations are disclosed in the individual product description and condition notes.

All items are pre-owned and may show signs of age or prior use consistent with their era
Buyers should expect minor cosmetic imperfections on used goods unless explicitly stated otherwise
Items listed as 'as-is' or 'faulty' are sold with all disclosed defects and are excluded from return, refund, and warranty
Condition issues described in the product listing are not grounds for a warranty claim — disclosed issues form part of the sale

Product photos are taken by us and represent the actual item you will receive. Minor lighting differences may occur.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed are final prices under §19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation). No VAT is charged, included, or shown on invoices.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards (via Shopify Payments)
Apple Pay and Google Pay
PayPal
Bank transfer
Cryptocurrency and other methods where offered at checkout

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. All shipments are sent tracked and insured. We ship directly with our carrier partners — within the EU we use DHL and DPD; for international orders we use DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries where carrier or regulatory restrictions apply. A full list of excluded destinations is available in our Shipping Policy.

All orders include free shipping — the cost is incorporated into the item price
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price
Once handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control and may vary by destination
We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or other third parties

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason, in accordance with §312g BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@bling-inc.com. The item must then be returned within 14 days of notification, shipped with tracking.

Return conditions:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility for standard withdrawals (item as described, change of mind)
The outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as it was already incurred on dispatch (see Shipping Policy for tiered amounts by region)
If an item is returned due to a defect or undescribed condition issue, return shipping is covered by us and a full refund is issued
Items listed as 'as-is' or 'faulty' are not eligible for return or withdrawal

Approved returns are resolved via refund, exchange, or store credit — agreed with you on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Warranty

All items sold by Bling Inc. come with a one-year statutory warranty in accordance with German consumer law (§437 BGB), unless otherwise stated clearly in the product description.

The warranty covers defects present at the time of delivery. It does not cover:

Issues explicitly described in the product listing or condition notes — disclosed issues form part of the sale and are not warranty claims
Normal wear and tear consistent with the item's age
Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper handling, or third-party repairs
Physical accidents or damage occurring after delivery
Items sold as 'as-is' or 'faulty' — these carry no warranty and will always be clearly marked

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bling Inc. is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, missed events, or loss of income
Damage arising from misuse, modification, or handling of items after delivery
Delays or failures caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under German or EU law.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is only possible through the withdrawal process described in Section 5.

9. Product Availability and Accuracy

All items listed are unique, pre-owned pieces. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photos are accurate. In the event of a typographical error, pricing mistake, or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and without the need for third-party intervention.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be investigated and disputed. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from individuals who engage in abusive or fraudulent chargeback behaviour.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on bling-inc.com — including product photography, descriptions, branding, and design — is the property of Bling Inc. and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from purchases made through bling-inc.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and do not voluntarily submit to such proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that transaction. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
