Refund policy

1. Overview

All items sold by Bling Inc. are used electronics. Prices are final under §19 UStG — we operate as a Kleinunternehmen and do not charge VAT. No VAT is applied to or refunded from any transaction.

We want every purchase to be a good one. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution — whether that's a refund, an exchange, or store credit.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers based in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Returns must be shipped with tracking.

This right applies to standard purchases. Items sold explicitly as 'as-is' or 'faulty' are excluded from the right of withdrawal — this will always be clearly stated in the listing.

3. Return Conditions

To be accepted for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused since delivery, with all included accessories
  • Returns must be shipped with a tracking number
  • You must notify us before sending anything back — unrequested returns cannot be accepted

4. Shipping Costs on Returns

All Bling Inc. orders include free shipping — the outbound cost is incorporated into the item price. The following applies when a return is made:

  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility in all standard withdrawal cases (changed mind, item as described)
  • The outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as it was already incurred on dispatch
  • If the item is being returned due to a defect or an undescribed condition issue, we cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund

Outbound shipping deductions by region:

  • Germany: €7.00
  • European Union: €14.50
  • Europe outside the EU: €23.00
  • Rest of the world: €39.00

These figures reflect our actual carrier costs and are consistent with our Shipping Policy.

5. Refund Options

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will contact you within 2 business days with the outcome. Depending on the situation, we offer:

  • Refund — returned to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection
  • Exchange — replacement item of equivalent condition and value, subject to availability
  • Store credit — issued as a discount code, valid indefinitely with no expiry date

For damaged or incorrect items, the resolution will be agreed with you case by case — we'll always aim for the option that works best for you.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described in the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos documenting the damage or discrepancy

Email us at contact@bling-inc.com and we will respond within 1–2 business days to agree on a resolution.

In these cases, return shipping is covered by us. We will not ask you to return an item at your own cost if the fault is on our side.

7. One-Year Warranty

All items sold by Bling Inc. come with a one-year warranty, as required under German consumer law (§ 437 BGB), unless otherwise stated clearly in the product description. This covers defects that were present at the time of purchase and not caused by normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.

If a covered defect arises within the warranty period:

  • Contact us at contact@bling-inc.com with a description and photos
  • We will assess the issue and propose a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances
  • We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 14 business days

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper use, third-party repairs, or physical accidents after delivery; issues explicitly described in the product listing or condition notes at the time of purchase; or items sold as 'faulty' or 'as-is', which carry no warranty. All known issues are disclosed in full before purchase — these disclosures form part of the sale.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items listed and sold as 'as-is' or 'faulty' — condition is disclosed in full at point of sale
  • Items returned in a damaged or incomplete state not due to our error
  • Items returned without prior notification or a tracking number

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard withdrawal process applies.
