Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or German public holidays.

2. Shipping From

All orders are dispatched from Berlin, Germany. Bling Inc. operates as a Kleinunternehmen (small business) under German law. As a Kleinunternehmer, we are not required to charge VAT, and no VAT is applied to your order.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship directly with our carrier partners — no third-party aggregator is used. Within the EU we use DHL and DPD; for international shipments we use DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on destination, speed, and reliability. We do not ship to PO boxes.

If your country is not supported by our carriers, you will be unable to complete checkout.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

The following are average estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed:

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • European Union: 4–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: up to 30 business days

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, public holidays, or local carrier issues outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party postal services.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. No additional handling fees are charged.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments (including to countries outside the EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are entirely the buyer's responsibility.

They are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Bling Inc. is the exporter of record on all international shipments.

We are legally required to declare the full value of goods on all customs documentation. We are unable to mark shipments as 'gifts' or undervalue them.

8. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel. Deliveries do not require a signature — parcels may be left in a safe location at the carrier's discretion.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are shipped tracked and insured up to carrier limits. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost parcels)

  • Email us at contact@bling-inc.com with your order number and photos of any damage

We will open a claim with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we will issue a replacement or a full refund once the claim is resolved.

10. Lithium Battery Regulations

All cameras and electronics sold by Bling Inc. contain or are compatible with lithium batteries. Under IATA and carrier safety regulations, we are required to ship no more than one battery-containing item per package.

If you order two or more items that each contain a battery, your order will automatically be split into separate shipments. Each shipment may carry its own shipping cost. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

11. Packaging

Every item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. All cameras are tested before dispatch and shipped as complete, ready-to-use packages including battery, charger, memory card, and cable where applicable.

12. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, a failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect from the post office:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense

  • If you no longer wish to receive the item, we will issue a refund minus the outbound shipping cost (€7 Germany / €14.50 EU / €23 Europe outside EU / €39 rest of the world)

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

13. Customs Rejections & Refused Deliveries

All orders include free shipping — the cost is incorporated into the item price. Should a package be refused at customs or returned undelivered through no fault of Bling Inc., the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. These figures reflect our actual carrier costs:

  • Germany: €6.20

  • European Union: €14.50

  • Europe outside the EU: €23.00

  • Rest of the world: €39.00

Any additional customs fees, return shipping costs, or duties charged to us will also be deducted from the refund.

We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering, particularly for electronics with lithium batteries.

14. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Return shipping and withdrawal rights are governed by our Returns Policy. In summary:

  • If you wish to return an item that matches its description and you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • If an item arrives with a defect or undescribed condition issue, we cover return shipping costs
